Ayurvedic psychology begins with a simple but radical truth. It is something my Guruji used to say. Religion ends where spirituality ends. Spirituality ends where reality begins.

Ayurvedic psychology does not start with the mind. It starts with soul. And the mind is not the brain. Your behavior is either controlled by a satvic mind or your karmic programming. not random.
Your thoughts, emotions, fears, motivations, and patterns of action arise from deeper forces described in Ayurveda thousands of years ago.

This blog is a space to explore that original mind science—Manas Shastra. It aims to do so in a way that feels relevant and practical. It is also grounded in lived experience.
