Calculate Your Varna (Aura color)

(Based on Bhagavad Gita, Chapter 18, Verses 40–45)

Dimension 1 — Cognitive Style

This dimension helps identify how a person naturally processes knowledge and understands the world.

Some people are drawn to abstract ideas and philosophical thinking, others prefer strategic and situational thinking, some naturally see systems and opportunities, while others focus on practical application and execution.

There is a possibility that initially everyone may calculate himself to be a Brahmin. But not to worry about the result of this quiz. Because essentially deep inside we all are a part of brahma, the divine force. And it is a natural desire for every soul to become brahma one day.

As you repeat the exercise, you will see yourself in these patterns more clearly. That foundational clarity is actually going to help you achieve your best. And it will help no one just to have a label of a highly qualified surgeon, unless he is able to perform during a surgery.

 Instructions

  • Read each scenario carefully.
  • Choose the option that sounds most natural to you, not what you think is “right.”
  • Go with your instinct — your first honest response.

  • Each option corresponds to a functional disposition:
    • A — Brāhmaṇa (abstract understanding, philosophical thinking)
    • B — Kṣatriya (strategic thinking and situational judgment)
    • C — Vaiśya (systems thinking and opportunity recognition)
    • D — Śūdra (practical application and execution)
  • There are 10 MCQ questions. Choose any ONE of the options. Count how many A, B, C, and D you choose. Read the interpretations at the end of the quiz.
The Varna with the most choices reflects your current dominant nature — not your family lineage.

So, don’t worry about the result. It is not the end of the story, it is the start!
